This is a store/motel that is conviently located. They have some very good food. And offer many services, including motel rooms and they also fix electronics and smartphones. Love the service!
Worst an nastiest place I have ever stayed in my life. This hotel is 10×s worse than the worse hotel in my home town the cover had a huge burn hole in the middle the smoke detectors were all missing ( I'm guessing because the high class residents don't want to set them off from all the marijuana being smoked). I call it the ratchet resort an feel like I need some sort of shot to prevent me from catching anything from having laid in the bed
Cheap place to stay around. Offer discounted weekly rate and monthly rate. Store with in the motel so it gets easy to buy stuff.
I have family that lives in Simmesport We arrived in town around Midnight and didn't have enough energy to drive to Marksville for a hotel. We slept in all of our clothes including our shoes. Thank goodness we had blankets in our car to lay on. The bathroom didn't have any lights, not like you could have paid us to sit on the stool. We got up about 7 AM my sister went to wet a washcloth and it turned brown from stains. They even had an airfreshner in the air conditioner vent to distract you from the smell. The next time I would rather sleep in my car. I forgot to mention my sister found a bug crawling in her bed.
Stay the hell away from here. I'm here for 8 nights (unless I can find somewhere else). This place is beyond nasty. I doubt it has ever been vaccumed. The bathroom door is hanging on by a thread. The beds are nasty with all sorts of hairs in them. Every wall has some sort of dried bodily fluids on them. I'll be sleeping in my sleeping bag for the week.
